2008-09 Executive Board Elections - Closed

Instructions for submitting both online and hard copy ballot are provided below. 

Reminder - You need Adobe Acrobat to download the ballot and biography documents.
Go to www.adobe.com to download this free software if it is not already installed on your computer.

General instructions

• Before submitting your ballot, read the instructions carefully and follow them exactly
• Ballots submitted without the required information will be considered invalid and not counted
• Unless otherwise instructed, vote for one candidate for each office

If voting by mail or fax - NECESSARY FOR A WRITE IN CANDIDATE

• To obtain a hardcopy ballot,
• Complete hardcopy ballots using an ink or felt tip pen
• Mark your vote clearly in the space provided next to the desired candidate’s name
• There are two submission options for hardcopy ballots - FAX / MAIL to the chapter office
• Ballots must be faxed by close of business or postmarked on or before July 30, 2008

A few more important notes...

• Additional candidates will only be considered after membership status is verified by the chapter office
• This is a confidential ballot. Your signature at the bottom only serves to validate that you are an eligible CMSNE member
