CMSNE Member Pre-Registration / Cancellation Form

Please note:  

Members are reminded to register early for CMSNE programs, programs failing to meet a minimum required registration limit 10 days prior to the program will be cancelled. 

You must be a member of CMSNE to participate in online registration and cancellation.

This program allows CMSNE members to pre-register, or to cancel pre-registration, online for select educational offerings. Be sure to read and understand the CMSNE Meeting Cancellation Policy. If you do not provide the required cancellation notice, you will be billed for the full non-member rate of the program as outlined in the policy. Please click here to review the policy.

Your CMSA membership number is required in order to complete the pre-registration process:

Programs with member fee must be paid via check to complete the registration process. Contact the chapter office with any questions.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Be sure to highlight the program that you wish to register for by clicking on the program name with your mouse button/cursor.
    Otherwise, your registration form will be received blank.

    If you wish to register for more than one program at the same time, press and hold the CTRL button and highlight each desired
    program with your cursor.



    By submitting your registration online, you agree to abide by the CMSNE Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy.
    I acknowledge and will comply with the cancellation policy.

    How do you plan to pay?

    I will send a check in the mail.
    I will pay at the door.
    There is no payment due for members.
