Orchard Cove, Canton, MA

In Japan, koi symbolizes many good qualities. Known to swim against the current and overcome great obstacles, koi symbolize strength, courage, patience, and success through perseverance just as Case Managers do every day.

Overall Conference Purpose Statement

Three years post pandemic – we are through the healthcare emergency phase and its now time to assess what has changed and where we are going.   For healthcare clinicians, including care managers, it feels like we are swimming through a sea of disruption and disorder.

The changing healthcare workplace has been severely impacted by a multitude of obstacles that are compounding the ability to navigate an increasingly complex and everchanging healthcare system.

This conference will focus on topics of Microaggression solutions, providing care through a lens of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Generational Diversity in the Workplace and the impact of cannabis on the adolescent and young adult population.

These topics will provide the attendee with tools and a life vest to KEEP SWIMMING through the sea of challenges and changes in the healthcare world while providing competent and compassionate care to patients.
