Overall Acute Hospital Conference Purpose Statement

The Acute Hospital Case Management Conference will offer valuable insights and innovative approaches to the challenges faced by patients, families, and hospital providers in 2026. 

Conference Objectives
Upon completion of this conference the participant will be able to:

  • Identify up-to-date information on the 2026 Federal changes and the implications for Acute Hospital Case Managers.
  • Identify current challenges faced by patients and their families as they transition through levels of care.
  • Describe innovative strategies to address these current challenges and enhance patient outcomes and community sustainability.
  • Critically reflect on their own leadership practice, identify opportunities for growth, and design actionable steps to strengthen both their personal leadership effectiveness and the future of case management leadership within their organizations

General Chapter Event Registration Refund Policy
The following policy applies to all events:
• Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e-mail to CMSNE@CMSNE.org by the original registrant at least one week before the event.
• All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee. If canceled up to 7 days before the event, 100% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.
• If canceled less than 7 days before the event no refund is available.
• No refund is given for a cancellation on the day of the program or post event.

On the day of the event
• No refund will be offered at the venue if the attendee answers “Yes” to any of the screening questions.
